Privacy Policy (English)
1. Introduction
GradedBinder (“the App”) is a digital collection app for graded trading cards. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and delete information when you use the App.

2. Information we collect

We do not show ads and do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.

On-device OCR: On iOS (and Android when that version is available), certification numbers may be read using on-device OCR (ML Kit). OCR runs on your device; we do not send images to a separate OCR service for that step.

Each provider has its own privacy policy. We receive only what is needed to operate the App (e.g., provider subject ID, optional email, purchase entitlement).
5. Storage and retention
- Device: Collection data and images for offline use; tokens in secure storage.
- Server: Synced data is kept while your account exists. For operations, security, and legal compliance, we may access server-stored data within the scope necessary to run the App.
- Sign out: Cloud data remains; sign in again to restore.
- Delete account: Settings → Delete account removes server (D1, R2) and local data. Irreversible.
6. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers above, when required by law, or to protect rights and safety.
7. Your choices
- Sign-in is required to use the App.
- You can delete your account in Settings.
- You can revoke photo/camera access in iOS Settings.
8. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. International users
Data may be processed where our providers operate (including the United States). By using the App, you consent to such processing.
10. Security
We use HTTPS and authenticated APIs. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
11. Changes
We may update this policy at the same URL with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use means acceptance.

GradedBinder（本アプリ）は、鑑定品トレーディングカードをデジタルバインダーで管理するアプリです。 本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリの利用に伴い収集・利用・保存・削除する情報について説明します。

本アプリでは 広告を表示せず、第三者の分析・広告 SDK は利用していません。
3. 利用目的
- サインイン、クラウド同期、コレクション管理
- アプリ内課金とアンロック状態の反映

端末内 OCR: iOS（Android 版提供時も同様）では ML Kit により端末上で鑑定番号を読み取ることがあります。 当該処理のために画像を別の OCR サービスへ送信することはありません。

各提供者には独自のプライバシーポリシーがあります。当方が受け取るのは、本アプリの運営に必要な範囲（例: 提供者のユーザー ID、任意のメール、購入 Entitlement）に限られます。
5. 保存期間
- 端末: オフライン用データ・画像、トークン
- サーバー: アカウント存続中は同期データを保持。運営・セキュリティ・法令対応に必要な範囲で、サーバー上のデータにアクセスする場合があります。
- サインアウト: クラウドデータは残り、再サインインで復元可能
- アカウント削除: 設定から削除すると D1・R2 および端末データを削除（取り消し不可）
6. 第三者提供
個人情報を販売しません。サービス提供者、法令、権利保護に必要な場合を除き提供しません。
7. ユーザーの選択
- 利用にはサインインが必要です。
- 設定からアカウントを削除できます。
- iOS 設定から写真・カメラアクセスを取り消せます。
8. 子ども
13 歳未満を対象とせず、故意に個人情報を収集しません。
9. 国外での処理
米国を含むサービス提供者所在国で処理される場合があります。利用により同意したものとみなします。
10. セキュリティ
HTTPS 等の一般的対策を講じますが、完全な安全を保証しません。
11. 改定
同一 URL に掲載し最終更新日を更新します。改定後の利用は同意を意味します。
